Atlantic is a family-owned business based in Cardiff. Formed in 1988 by Peter Thomas, one of Wales' most successful entrepreneurs, the focus of the business has been to finance and develop property based projects, which can then be sold into the investment market.

We undertake direct developments and provide development finance for others through joint ventures, not only in Wales but also throughout Europe. Currently, development activity has an anticipated capital value in excess of £100 million.
